Whether you’re exploring the Alexandria lakes area, biking the trail, or road-tripping through central Minnesota, we’re conveniently located just off Interstate 94—making it simple to pull in, unwind, and enjoy the slower pace for a while.

GROUND RULES

We’ve designed our property to be simple, comfortable, and easy for everyone to enjoy. To help us keep it that way, we ask guests to follow a few basic guidelines:

• Check-in is fully virtual. Site details and instructions will be sent before arrival.
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of fellow guests.
• Pets are welcome but must remain leashed, supervised, and cleaned up after at all times. Pets are not allowed inside the bathrooms or building. A cleaning fee may apply if waste is not properly disposed of.
• Please keep your site tidy and free of trash or food that may attract rodents.
• Registered guests only. No parties or large gatherings without prior approval.
• Open fires only where permitted and never left unattended.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to property or facilities during their stay.

Your Questions, Answered

  • All RV sites include full hookups with water, sewer, and electric service.

  • Our sites are back-in with full hookups and easy access from the main drive. Many guests choose to unhitch after setup so they can easily explore the lake, trail, and downtown nearby.

  • Check-in is fully virtual. You’ll receive your site number and arrival instructions by email before arrival, so you can pull in and settle in on your own schedule.

  • Check-in begins at 2 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.

  • Soon! Our private-use bathrooms with individual showers, located inside the main building, are currently under construction.

  • Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Pets must remain leashed, are not allowed to bark and must be supervised, and cleaned up after at all times.

  • Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

  • The Central Lakes Trail runs directly alongside the property, and Lake Osakis is 2 blocks away.

  • Yes. Downtown Osakis, including shops, restaurants, and essentials, is just a short walk away.
