This place didn’t start out the way you see it today.

For years, this little motel in Osakis sat quietly on the edge of town, weathered by time and full of history, hard seasons, and untapped potential. Most people drove past without a second thought. But the first time we walked through, we saw something different. We saw the bones. We saw the location near the Alexandria lakes area. We saw what it could become.

More than anything, we felt called.

God opened the doors for us to be here—and we answered.

We’re a husband-and-wife team working slowly and intentionally to bring this roadside motel back to life. Every room, every wall, and every small detail is being cleaned, repaired, and thoughtfully reimagined with care. Not to erase its past, but to create a welcoming place for travelers, cyclists riding the Central Lakes Trail, wedding guests, lake visitors, and families exploring central Minnesota.

This isn’t a big corporate hotel project. It’s personal. We’re here every day doing the work ourselves, making meaningful improvements, and building a place we’re proud to stand behind.

We believe in second chances—for places, and for people.
